Well honestly i dont think that matters people are whining about gas prices while most of us are without electricity and are starving people are dying still its sad and then people complain about the gas who gives a care im somewhere with a generator thats why i am online but we have no ac we are in house thats hott as hell and we have no food i mean shit really!!! people are more worried about gas prices and we are here suffering they stayed the same because people need there money for food its a fuckin disaster who realy cares about gas. There are lots of different types of licenses, but any place that sells any form of alcoholic beverages will need a license. Contact TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) for full info.
Also, make sure your store is not in a dry area. If it is you can't sell there, and Texas is real complicated–JP precincts can be dry in a wet county, suburbs can be dry, its a real bear to get changed.
